Our Floor sealant for absorptive surfaces is a dirt and scuff resistant coating material based on nanotechnology. Nanostructured coatings result in a significantly longer life of the coating. The Nano floor sealant for absorptive surfaces protects against loam and soil as well as against soiling due to wet leaves, oil and food.

Our nanotechnology floor sealer for porous surfaces is free from silicone, wax and oil. The breathability is compromised in any way. Only once sealed surfaces provide protection from contamination for a period depending up to 10 + years.

 

Durability:

The durability of a sealant is dependent on a number of factors, such as the frequency of cleaning and the mechanical abrasion. We specify our durability based on normal mechanical abrasion and Central European weather conditions.

• Clinker & Facing bricks: 10 to 12 years
• Sandstone & Porous concrete: 6 to 12 years

• Fibre cement: 3 to 6 years
  

 

Quantity Required:

• 100 to 200 ml per m² (dependent on the level of absorbtion).

 

Important:

An early diminishing lotus effect does not have an impact on the sealing! The surface remains easy to clean for several years.

 

Our nanotechnology floor sealer for porous surfaces:

Ideal for all mineral stones, which soak up water and are exposed to abrasion. (Untreated natural stone, fiber cement untreated, Sandstone & Aerated concrete untreated clinker bricks, other untreated paving stones).

Applications:

 

Driveways:

An ideal sealant for all driveways and forecourts, which are exposed to a lot of mechanical abrasion. By sealing the concrete, you will achieve a significant reduction of rubber scuffs and moss deposits, particularly in the case of busy streets and pathways. All deposits can be easily cleared away with water.

 

Agriculture:

Breeding farms often have the problem that the stables have to be cleaned very thoroughly and frequently. The cleaning process will be significantly simplified and reduced by concrete / floor sealing. The animal faeces can be easily cleared away with water. Even bacteria find it difficult to penetrate the subsurface.

 

Garages:

All owners of garages are aware of the problem of oil stains and rubber scuffs. Once these contaminants have penetrated the ground it is very difficult - if at all - to get rid of them. Applying a Nano concrete/floor sealant, one can prevent this problem. Dirt, oil and grease can no longer penetrate the garage floor. Hence, any clients visiting the garage find it in perfect condition.

 

Production & Factory halls:

The walls of many factories are covered with grease and dirt stains. These will certainly always be a nuisance, but by sealing the walls one can at least achieve that any dirt can just be washed away with water.

 

Gravestones & Sculptures from untreated stones:

While visiting graveyards one can often observe in only a few years how gravestones start to resemble the colour of trees. Moss deposits, pollen, dust and dirt are slowly building up on gravestones. Our concrete sealant is ideal for preventing this from happening. Rain helps to wash away all deposits of dirt and grime. All pollutants remain on the surface without penetrating the stone and the breathability remains intact.
